No illegal Drugs.
No loud sounds after 12 AM.
Extra guest fees are $10 per guest per night.
Pet fees are one-time $25 plus $10 per pet per stay.
Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine of $50 per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.
