The space

Walk into this gorgeous newly renovated condo, open concept living room and kitchen, gorgeous brand new wood floors! Plenty of seating with the large island comfortable convertible sofa and Huge Smart TV. Make an amazing meal for your family in this awesome chefs kitchen with new quartz countertop and brand new black stainless steel appliances. If you need to work use our hi-speed wi-fi internet. There are 2 bedrooms one has a amazing king size bed with a smart TV, the 2nd room has a queen size bed both have closets for your belongings. Our gorgeous newly remodeled tile gorgeous shower/tub combo is shared by both bedrooms, new quartz countertops. Enjoy and relax after a wonderful day at the beach with the high-quality linens and bedding. Off of the queen bedroom there is a laundry room with a full size washer and drier. Go outside to the deck and grill or enjoy the firepit, there is lots of seating and outdoor lighting! We have 3 units you can rent all 3 together for large parties or independently. You can sleep 6 in each unit. Close to beach access points, restaurants, and activities on South Padre Island. Our South Padre beach property has everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation.

Guest access

Our condo unit 2 is upstairs. We have shared back deck with everyone renting the 3 condo units. Parking is on the driveway.
