Casa Feliz 1908 is a historical home built in 1908, in Downtown San Antonio, newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 and a half bath. Enjoy the deck and fire-pit, grill, & seating! We are a quick 5-Min drive to Downtown San Antonio. the River Walk, the Zoo, The Alamo, & to South Town with great food! The home has a master suite with a king bed huge walk-in shower, 2 queens and 3 twin size beds. The home is secured with external cameras for your safety. Enjoy the character of this amazing home and location!

The space

Walking into this newly renovated historical home. You will see the beautiful furnishings in the living room with large windows, an open kitchen with plenty of seating, the comfy sofa is a queen sleeper and smart flat screen TV. The large dining room can fit 6 people around it. Work on your laptop on the large kitchen island, using our hi-speed Wi-Fi internet. The dining room is open to a fully stocked kitchen, large island with extra seating, and granite countertops. The hall room has a twin size bed with a trundle, and closet for your belongings. The huge upstairs suite upstairs has a queen size bed and sleeper sofa and private half bath. The hall bathroom was newly remodeled with gorgeous tile work, has a shower / bath tub. You will love the master bedroom with a king-size bed, smart flat-screen TV and private bathroom with gorgeous tiles to the ceiling, a penny tile feature wall, and a huge walk in shower! The master walk-in shower has body sprays, rain shower head, and a closet for your belongings. Enjoy and relax with the high-quality linens and bedding.
In the back of the house, there is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and back deck. Walk out on the back deck to grill or enjoy the fire pit, there is lots of seating and outdoor lighting!

Go out front and take a quick 5-minute drive to the River Walk, or 12 minute drive to The Pearl Brewery, a historic brewery complex that now offers some of the city's finest and eclectic dining options, shopping, and farmers market. You are a short drive to the Alamo, The San Antonio Zoo, Museums, the Art District, The McFarlin Tennis Center, Golf Courses, or take a day trip to New Braunfels, the Texas Wine Country, the Caverns, and so much more!

Guest access

You will have access to the entire home. Please park in the driveway.Check out is 10 am. Please let us know prior to your stay if you will need a later check out, We allow a 30 minute grace period for check out late fee's will apply if the home is left later than 10:30 am

Other things to note

After booking, we will send you a copy of our short-term rental agreement and arrival and departure instructions, we also ask for you to provide a copy of your ID for verification. The inside fireplace is not to be used, please enjoy the fire pit on the back deck. We require that the booking guest is at least 25 years old. Great for family with kids
