The space

Walk in to this beautiful Mediterranean penthouse. You will see beautiful tile floors and breath taking Mahogany ceilings. The open living space has plenty of seating and a flat screen TV. The large dining table can fit 6 People around it. The kitchen has mahogany cabinets with tile countertops and backsplash very traditional for the island. The hall room has 2 double beds With a beautiful window that leads to a balcony and private bathroom. The master has a King size bed , a seating area wardrobe, Private walk in bathroom with 2 gorgeous private balconies. You can enjoy your coffee from one of the 3 terraces watching the sunrise over the beach. You will need a car or take a cab if you want to go into the town of Cabarete although there is a small village within walking distance with quaint cafes. We have a discounted private cab company on call that can drive you into town at a very low cost. Our repeat customers love the quiet and serenity of the area.

Interaction with guests

Our Property Manager will meet you at check in to let you in and to tour the facility. We are always available for anyng you may need. There is a wonderful pool with a gazebo and barbecue and dining area for
You to use. It’s a very small building so the pool area is very quiet. The beach is private and only a two minute walk from the condo.
