My Casita Bonita in San Antonio

The Casita is fully furnished with high-quality linens and bedding. Walk into this perfectly designed house, you will see a kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, including a coffee maker, and microwave, an iron, wood bar, top table with 4 chairs, you can eat at and also work on your laptop using our high-speed Wi-Fi. The Space is open to the living room which has a comfortable queen size fold out sofa bed and beautiful leather chair. Watch TV on the large Smart flat screen TV. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub you can relax in and dry off with plush towels. The bedroom has a queen size bed with comfortable high-quality bedding and a flat-screen Smart TV. Open up the curtains to let in the natural lighting. Take a walk to The Pearl Brewery, a historic brewery complex that now offers some of the city's finest and eclectic dining options, shopping, and farmers market. You are a short drive to The River Walk, The Alamo, The San Antonio Zoo, Museums, the Art District, The McFarlin Tennis Center, Golf Courses, or take a day trip to New Braunfels, the Texas Wine Country, the Caverns, and so much more! Amenities include Hi-Speed Wi-Fi, a Smart Roku TV including Netflix, Hulu (watch live TV including sports, news, and weather) and Amazon Prime

Check out is 10 am. Please let us know prior to your stay if you will need a later check out, We allow a 30 minute grace period for check out. Late fees will apply if the home is left later than 10:30 am. That fee is $25.00 per hour. I am a phone call or text away, if you need me.
You will be in the Heart of San Antonio, you will love the neighbors! You will see families walking their dogs with their children, people riding their bikes to local hot spots and you will fall in love with San Antonians! There is also easy access public transportation with bus stops a minute or two from the home. After booking, we will send you a copy of our short-term rental agreement and arrival and departure instructions, we also ask for you to provide a copy of your ID for verification. Parking is available in front of the house. We require the booking guest to be at least 25 years of age. Great for family with kids

Absolutely no cats. Dogs are allowed to stay on premise for a fee however they are not allowed on bedding nor any furniture or blankets and if they are there will be an additional fee.
